We aim to reply within a few business days. RainyMap is a small independent project, so occasionally it takes a little longer — but messages do not disappear into a void.
What to Include
A few details make it much easier for us to help:
- Radar or data problems — tell us the location and paste the page URL. Radar coverage varies by region and distance from the nearest station, so knowing exactly which page and which place lets us check whether it is a coverage limitation or a genuine fault.
- Something broken on the site — the page URL, your browser, and whether you are on mobile or desktop.
- Corrections to an article — a link to the article and, where possible, the source that contradicts us. We correct errors openly rather than quietly.
- Press and media — tell us your outlet and deadline and we will prioritise it.
What We Cannot Do
RainyMap is an information site, not a warning service or a forecasting bureau. We cannot provide personalised forecasts, official weather certification, historical data for legal or insurance purposes, or advice on whether a specific event should go ahead.
